Is the Transparency register same as securities register?
No, they are both different maintained for totally different purposes.
Who is a significant individual?
- An individual/entity with 25% or more voting shares.
- A beneficial owner of 25% or more votes or shares
- An individual with appointing and removing rights of directors.
- Any other direct or indirect influential individual to any of the above.
