Change of Attorney- Extra Provincial Corporation

Attorney for service of an Extra-provincial company can be a person or another company with an address in the province of British Columbia. Attorney for service acts as a representative or contact of the corporation incorporated elsewhere and registered extra-provincially in B.C. This is required because the corporation don't have its head office in B.C. This position is not required for a Federal Corporation with head office in B.C.

Effective date of adding or removing a Attorney can be current (today's) date or up to 30 days in the past. Address changes of Attorney will have an effective date as of today.
