How name approval works?
When you pay us to obtain the name approval on be half of you, we first do pre-search with BC system. If the name gets conflict or high chance of being rejected, we will advise you to submit new names. That would be free of cost. However, once a name is submitted to the Government, a re-submission of new name will cost again fees for name approval.

What is business number?
Every business in Canada must have a business number from CRA. This is the identification of your corporation with Canada Revenue Agency.
What is GST/HST account?
It's the initial set up for a GST account with CRA. Customer's invoice or receipt must show the GST number. In applicable amount, unable to collect GST may cause to CRA penalty.
What is payroll account?
Payroll account applicable when you have any other employee rather than yourself. Please note, this is not payroll service, but the initial set up of payroll account with CRA.
Do I need PST account?
The PST is a retail sales tax that is payable when a taxable good, software or service is acquired for personal use or business use, unless a specific exemption applies. Businesses located in BC must charge their customers a PST unless the business is exempted.
